  • Responsible for back office operations /reporting  
  • Mange updated lists and invoices for life insurance/executives/medical insurance quarterly.
  • Coordinate medical cards issuing process.
  • Responsible for life insurance claims incoordination with finance and field teams.
  • Coordinate with team to execute plans to improve customer satisfaction with a focus on processes

  Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • 1-2 years' experience preferably in shared services centers.
  • Good in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills is a must.
