Description
- Ensure that exceptional operational services are provided to sales associates across multiple teams and markets, services including sales reporting, customer /customer management, Reporting&Analytics, and execution planning.
- Responsible to train, lead and manage a team.
- Identify opportunities continuously and implement processes to improve quality and timeliness of team output.
- Ensure that each Sales capabilities stays connected with business by integrating front and back end services
- Lead sector capability teams in delivering sales services around Retail Execution Planning, Customer and Distributor Management, and Analytics and Reporting with greater efficiency, effectiveness and transparency while reducing cost
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
- 7-10 years of experience in Sales/Commercial in FMCGs Sector
- 3+ years development experience related to Data Analytics and Reporting including the usage of relevant tools and software packages.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Excellent management skills is a must
