Description
- Responsible for operationally leading the business services centre
- managing HR Service Delivery for the centre.
- manage the service delivery and align/modernize scalable operations across various functions and business areas of the organization.
- Responsible for running the overall business operations in Cairo that will span back-office operations in Sales, Marketing and HR.
- Responsible for leading and/or supporting a variety of end-to-end activities to improve work effectiveness
- Accountable for HR service delivery, continuous process improvement and optimization of a broad scope of HR Services , meeting defined service levels and KPIs, including customer satisfaction
- Hire, onboard and mentor the business services leadership team
- Lead the business services and the migration of processes to Cairo across all stages of transition
- Drive successful implementation of work coming into the business services with an emphasis on robust planning, transformation and transparent communication with impacted stakeholders
- Oversee workforce planning including development, training, deployment, retention and performance
- Develop operational reporting metrics to consistently measure and report effectiveness of the business services around quality, responsiveness, cost and other KPIs. - Develop and execute effective continuous improvement initiatives and focus on process standardization, simplification and optimization
- Deliver quarterly performance results and action plans. Present annual operating and capital budgets for approval and annual service level commitments for review by the Governance Board.
- Ensure financial and operational controls are executed basis pre-defined agreements with client/stakeholders
- The role will manage the business center HR budget, process documentation for the organization compliance and audit, local legal audit/risk management and local vendor management.
Requirements
- A bachelor and/or a Master degree in business or a related field.
- Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience with a multi-national preferably in Manufacturing sector.
- Experience in cross-functional transformation/consolidation programs.
