Description
- Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such as deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time.
- Supervision active tied to assigned project.
- Conduct regular inspection and assess the work performance done.
- Establish, report and follow up activities.
- Enforce the relevant safety rules at site.
- Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow up and report on the work progress.
- Assist in the planning and sequencing of the maintenance operations according to the project quality plan.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure all aspects of projects and competed with projects specification and developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from reputable university in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years experience of relevant field.
- Strong background in Maintenance of electrical works.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Very good leadership, communication and organization skills.
